1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, specifically tailored for optometry students, pre-registration optometrists, and eye care professionals.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the main giveaway.

2. Giveaway Entry Period

  • The giveaway opens on Sunday 8th March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (UK Time) on Friday 13th March 2026.
  • Any entries received after this closing time will not be counted.

3. How to Enter To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must complete all of the following steps on the official Instagram collaboration post:

  • Follow both @TheEyeCareAdvocate and @PreRegPasser.
  • ‘Like’ the official giveaway post.
  • Comment the word “GIVEAWAY” on the official giveaway post.
  • Note: Only one entry per person will be counted. Spam accounts or automated entries will be disqualified.

4. The Grand Prize

  • There will be one (1) winner selected to receive:
    • 1x Physical Clinical Journal provided by Pre Reg Passer.
    • 1x 12-Month Annual Membership to The Eye Care Advocate platform (providing access to all current courses, simulators, and community features).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen entirely at random using an automated account picker.
  • The winner will be announced on the Instagram Stories of both @TheEyeCareAdvocate and @PreRegPasser.
  • The winner will need to contact @TheEyeCareAdvocate and @PreReg_Passer via Instagram Direct Message only. We reserve the right to reach out at the time of announcement to help ensure you know you have won. (Please be aware of scam accounts.)
  • If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select a new replacement winner at random.

6. Runner-Up Offers & Discount Codes

  • Those that have entered the giveaway are eligible for 33% off of the first month of their plan subscription OR 33% off of the stand alone courses of “Ret Mess to Ret Success”, “The Student Blueprint”, and “Decoding the Pupil”.
  • To access this discount, an account must be set up on https://community.theeyecareadvocate.co.uk/ and the promocode PASS03 must be entered at the checkout
  • Please note: If membership is selected, then the full rate will resume at the conclusion of the 1 month at the reduced rate. If a course has been chosen, your access is available to that one course for the lifetime of the platform.
  • Those who purchase The Eye Journal from @PreReg_Passer will be eligible to 1 month free access to The Eye Care Advocate Community. Discount will be via a promo code sent with the journal.
